As a child, I was drawn to all living things. Being blessed to live on a small farm in Northern Utah, I had the opportunity to grow up with horses, dogs, cattle, trees, plants, people and interacted with all of them observing their particular behaviors when experiencing my influence and therapeutic touch. An amazing experience was learning infant massage with my oldest child and observing how each of my children responded.

Because of this early observation in therapeutic touch, massage school was a logical choice to continue my education and set a career path.

As I began to practice, the limitations of traditional massage frustrated me yet inspired me to seek alternative therapies that were science and evidence based alternative healing.

In 2010, I was introduced to Michael Takatsuno, Founder of PUSH FX Therapy. Michael has developed a revolutionary technique and training program that releases restricted tissues, eliminates pain and tension and enables a body to have more mobility. Studying and practicing this discipline has enabled me to bring awareness as to how I can heal myself and my clients on a permanent basis by specializing in the rehabilitation and recovery of traumatized or over-worked muscles.

I am proud to be an ASTECC Master Spa therapist, an International accredited program developed by Anne Bramham. Through these trainings, I developed a passion for Dr. Vodder's Manual Lymphatic Drainage. The profound effects of MLD on improving the lymph system impassions me to practice this technique. Anne also educated me on the rejuvenating and healing qualities that are provided from our Earth. Our cells have the same composition as ocean water and absorb the healing qualities of salts and algaes.

My goal as a therapist is to provide awareness, relaxation, increased mobility and flexibility within the connective tissues and increase oxygen intake in the cells to create homeostasis.
