Combined Decongestive Therapy

Service Description

Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) uses a variety of science based techniques such as MLD, compression bandaging, garment fitting, and kinesio taping to reduce and stabilize lymphedema symptoms. Self-wrapping, dry brushing, aquatic and home exercise instruction is also available to enable you to self-care. CDT is ideal for addressing lymphedema, lipedema, side effects of cancer treatments including radiation damage, reconstructive surgery and scarring. When compression bandaging is necessary, patients must provide materials or there will be an additional charge. Appointment time is 60 minutes.
